ERASMUS+ Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education

The ERASMUS+ Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education projects aim to encourage cooperation between the European Union (EU) and partner countries, and support eligible partner countries in addressing challenges in the management and governance of their higher education institutions. This includes improving the quality of higher education, developing new and innovative education programmes, modernising higher education systems through reform policies as well as fostering cooperation across different regions of the world through joint initiatives.

Project objectives
To promote the implementation of the Bologna process through the creation of a system of interaction between secondary vocational and higher education based on the principles of transparency and comparability of national and international educational standards and teaching and learning tools.
Project tasks
To create a platform for long-term cooperation of representatives of secondary vocational and higher education and the effective implementation of teaching and learning tools in the educational process in accordance with the principles of the Bologna process.
To prepare a group of experts with competencies in the development of pedagogical modules in accordance with the norms of the European system of transfer and accumulation of credit units (ECTS) and the Tuning methodology (tuning educational programs), for the training of VET teachers at the university.
Create an ALLVET information and consulting web space to ensure effective interaction between the academic community and the labor market in order to increase the competitiveness of graduates of educational institutions of secondary vocational and higher education.

Project objectives
The overall objective is to enhance the international dimension of Kazakhstani and Chinese Higher Education Institutions by defining and implementing strategic and marketing methodologies in order to facilitate and increase incoming foreign students, professors and researchers.
Specific objectives
To carry out a study in internationalisation of universities, incoming university stakeholders' indicators, and marketing actions
To create a portal of Kazakhstani and Chinese universities for internationalisation
To train the international relations managers and staff
