On the 28 th of February 2023, in the lecture hall No. 109 there has been organized the workshop “ScienceDirect: Find Your Own Way, Starting from Hypothesis - Towards the Discovery” held by Helena Paczuska, Regional Manager of eBooks and digital resources, Elsevier (Scopus).
ScienceDirect provides you with unique technologies, offering the researchers to rapidly find the necessary information via its own digital database, comprising eBooks, encyclopedias and scientific journals.
During the seminar the participants have got to know the type of content available on ScienceDirect, the essence of a thematic-based page, and how it positively influences the sphere of scientific and educational process, the advantages of the multiple (joint) use, the reasons of its importance for researchers and lecturers, as well the possibilities for your language skills’ improvement via ScienceDirect.
The event is arranged by Scientific Library, the leading subdivision, carrying out the implementation of electronic databases of scholarly works, necessary for dynamic development of creative potential and research skills of the students and staff of Narxoz University.
