Online training for the Fellows 2021-2022

The Gender Economics Research Center (GERC) expresses its sincere gratitude to the Professor of the Denison University (Granville, Ohio, USA) Zarrina Juraqulova for conducting an online training for the Fellows 2021-2022 as part of the “Care Economy in Kazakhstan” project funded by the Soros Foundation-Kazakhstan. This workshop is the second training event for the Fellows.
The training was held on March 17, 2022 on the topic “An Empirical Analysis of Data”, which outlined an introduction to Econometrics, stages of survey, exploring dataset, and presented common sample statistics. Professor Juraqulova also noted the importance of regression analysis and the stages of its implementation.
GERC hopes that the valuable knowledge gained by the Fellows will be incorporated into the research process.
