coordinator in the Center for Career Development and Relations with Alumni (for the period of replacement of a temporarily absent employee)

Requirements for qualifications

  • Higher education;
  • Work experience of at least 1 year;
  • Experienced user of Google applications: (Disc, Sheets, Docs, Presentations, Forms, Mail, Calendar, Maps);
  • Remote Desktop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Cloud, YouTube, Facebook;
  • MS Office 365 user (Word, Excel, Power Point, PowerPoint Timeline, OneDrive, Add-On);
  • Knowledge of the basics of SMM;
  • Correct oral and written language;
  • Ability to work with official documents;
  • Have skills in project management;
  • Knowledge of the state, English and Russian languages.

Responsibilities and tasks

-expands the corporate ties of the university, strengthens the image of the graduate and the university;

- restores, forms, maintains professional and personal ties of students, graduates, strengthens contacts between them and the university;

- promotes professional training of personnel, improving the quality of education through the organization of seminars, trainings, round tables and meetings of successful businessmen and university students;

- creates a database of graduates and their career growth;

- monitors the employment of graduates and their career growth;

- supports talented students, participates in university projects with the participation of students and alumni;

- interacts with organizations in which graduates of Narxoz work to assist in solving the problems of the university;

- organizes practice for students;

- assists in establishing social partnership with business partners, government authorities;

- maintains media and all news headings in social networks;

- participates in the development of long-term and current plans of the Alumni Association;

- to interact with the structural divisions of the University, to receive information and documents from the structural divisions in order to carry out the main duties and services for graduates, students and partners;

- updates social networks.
