On February 1-2, 2025, the Almaty City Championship in Sport and Combat Sambo for men and women took place at the CSKA sports complex in Almaty. Our athletes delivered outstanding performances and claimed prize-winning positions.
Nazereke Toktasyn, a 3rd-year Law student, secured 1st place in the 65 kg weight category in women’s sport sambo.
Bagdaulet Sabyrkul and Kanat Madelkhan, 1st-year Law students, earned 3rd place in the 58 kg weight category in combat sambo.
Kuat Ordabayev, a lecturer at Narkhoz College, won 1st place in the 53 kg weight category in men’s sport sambo.
