Bulat Mukushev was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of NJSC Narxoz University

Bulat Mukushev , graduate of the Faculty of Physics of Moscow State University. M.V.
Lomonosov (1993), candidate of physical and mathematical sciences ( PhD ). In 2000, he
received a master's degree in administration from the National Research University Higher
School of Economics, as well as an MBA degree ( Yale University , USA, 2003). CFA certified .

He began his professional career in 1995, working in the financial industry. From 2003 to 2014
held senior positions in the banking sector and large investment companies - Commercial Bank
Moskommertsbank, IC East Capital ", "NBK-Finance", "NBK-Bank". Between 2009 and 2011
was the Chairman of the Board of Entrepreneurship Development Fund Damu JSC, was an
independent member of the Board of Kaznex Invest (2016). Since 2023 - independent member of
the Board of Directors of State Credit Bureau JSC.

Has more than 10 years of teaching experience at the Almaty School of Economics and Finance
Management University . Academic interests : alternative investments, investment analysis and
business valuation.

As Chairman of the Board of Directors, Bulat Mukushev will oversee the strategic development
of the financial, scientific and educational activities of the university. He replaced Marat
Atnashev in this post , who headed the Board of Directors of Narxoz University since 2022.
