On November 29, 2024, the student organization Jarqyn, with the support of the Office for Student Affairs, organized and held an event called "Letter to Myself," aimed at promoting mental health and mindfulness among students.
The main goal of the event was to allow participants to look inside themselves, analyze their emotions and life priorities, and set goals for the future. The format of writing a letter to oneself served as an excellent tool for students to structure their thoughts, reflect on their current achievements and dreams, and outline a plan of action. This process contributed not only to self-development but also to strengthening self-esteem, motivating students to achieve their goals.
The letter-writing process was filled with a creative atmosphere: participants decorated their letters, which became a way to relax and stimulate creative thinking. This allowed students to immerse themselves in the process and express their thoughts in a unique and individual form.
The conclusion of the event was also an important part: those who wished to shared their emotions and impressions. Many students noted that this experience helped them realize important aspects of their lives, such as studies, career, personal relationships, health, and sports.
The "Letter to Myself" event became a significant step in supporting students' mental health, helping them find inner support and understand their goals. It also became an important moment of personal growth, contributing to confidence in their abilities and future success.
The Jarqyn organization once again confirmed its commitment to working in the field of mental health and personal development of students, creating conditions for their harmonious growth and professional formation.
