Requirements for qualifications
Higher education
At least 3 years of experience in the educational field
MBA will be an added advantage
Tasks
Participates in the promotion of training courses / programs
Advise potential clients on the content of training programs
Participates in student recruitment
Carries out interaction with representatives of companies and organizations (meetings, presentations, correspondence, etc.)
Prepares newsletters and newsletters
Provides timely information on customer requests
Develops a draft client request for a training course/program
Prepares commercial offers for open and corporate programs
Participates in tenders on procurement portals, collection of tender documentation and implementation of training on tenders, preparation of reports
Maintains business documentation on the nomenclature of cases (contracts with clients, invoices, acts of work performed, certificates and other documents)
Issues invoices in a timely manner and controls payments
Performs administrative duties related to the activities of the Center
Organizes learning activities
Organizes monitoring of learning outcomes
Organizes visiting lecturers
Maintains educational documentation on the nomenclature of cases (contracts with clients, invoices, acts of work performed, certificates and other documents)
Must possess
the skill of creating a consumer portrait (ЦА)
knowledge of the system of promotion in social networks
communication skills with clients
sales skills, objection handling
e-mail marketing skills
text processing skills
effective presentation skills
the ability to analyze the market
methods for calculating profit, project profitability
desirable: the skill of working in Tilda, the skill of developing a longread, the skill of preparing short videos, organizing selling webinars (including autowebinars)
Extra skills
Knowledge of English, Kazakh languages will be a special advantage
