Changes in the Board of Directors of Narxoz University

Narxoz University announces the appointment of Maxim Kisselyov to the Board of Directors. He replaces Marat Atnashev, who served as Chairman of the Board from 2022 to 2024 and later continued as a member and independent director.

Maxim Kisselyov holds a PhD in Social Psychology from Yale University. He is a top executive and expert in business and corporate education, business development, corporate relations management, reputation management, external and internal communications, organizational behavior, leadership, and management psychology.

Since January 2024, Maxim Kisselyov has been serving as the Director of the Business School at SberUniversity, Sber, overseeing the development and implementation of all programs for external clients (B2B, B2C, D2G), as well as designing and teaching courses and programs for senior management and business owners.

Since 2009, he has managed his own consulting company, MK ACT, which has worked with corporate clients such as Gazprom Neft, Rosvodokanal Group, Gazprombank, Sberbank of Russia, Novo Nordisk, Atlas Corporate Services, Media Markt Saturn, Bayer, Rosatom, MTS, and others.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in companies across the USA, Switzerland, Lithuania, and Russia, served on expert councils and professional associations, and taught at Yale University, Providence College, HSE, RUDN, and Moscow State University. Since 2017, he has been a professor at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech), at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, as well as a mentor and expert at the Skolkovo Foundation. He is also a co-founder and president of the Yale Club of Russia.

At Narxoz University, Maxim Kisselyov will contribute to the university's strategic development initiatives.

Marat Atnashev will continue his collaboration with Narxoz University as a faculty member at Narxoz Business School.
