Narxoz University has been an affiliated member of the EFMD association since 2015 and has the following free benefits:
1. The prospect of obtaining EQUIS accreditation.
2. Participation and Voting rights in the yearly Annual General Assembly (usually taking place during the EFMD Annual Conference) impacting EFMD general policies and governance matters.
3. Nominating Business School as a host for an EFMD event, conference or seminar.
4. Nominating School’s staff to become member of a board/committee, reviewer, speaker or writer of articles appearing on the EFMD Global Focus magazine; all members of staff from the School are eligible.
5. Making connections, benchmarking and sharing learning amongst international peers by attending our events and initiatives.

Attracting and placing talent: EFMD offers an international placement service called Highered; the Global Talent Portal - a global student recruitment platform to connect, market, and recruit student talent at the 703 world’s leading business schools directly through one entry point. The Highered platform gives companies a unique positioning towards talent through unprecedented employer branding possibilities, reach and access to a diversity and global student body at a low cost.
This platform provides international internships and job opportunities to students. EFMD company members but also other companies are offering these international placement opportunities (among others AB InBev, Bayer AG, Mazars, Grupo Santander, L’Oréal, Daimler AG, Repsol, Nokia Solutions and Networks Oy, EDF and more).
EFMD Virtual Career Fair series are being organised by Highered, allowing students and alumni to connect with companies and organisations from around the world in a sophisticated job fair simulation environment enabling real-time interaction between recruiters and candidates.
