Annually Narxoz University's students take part in the COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning project) international online project together with the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. So, this year 7 students of various programs and courses were selected:

COIL aims to unite students in two (or more) countries to enhance understanding of working in global virtual teams and development of intercultural skills. It will provide students with experience in conducting business online and internationally. Students are required to form international teams and to collaborate on assigned tasks.
Intended Learning Outcomes:
Describe one’s own preference of how to communicate/behavior
Assess communicative behavior of others
Adapt one’s own communicative behavior in order to achieve (business) goals
Mitigate cultural differences to connect with each other
Explain opportunities and pitfalls in working with global teams
Use/choose appropriate digital tools to create effective interactions
Improve English communication skills
• Obtaining a certificate at the end of the project and the possibility of re-crediting received loans.
Requirements: • Undergraduate students (preferably business programs). • Level of English B2 and above. • GPA 3.0 and above.
Conditions: • Free participation • The project will be carried out online • Classes will be held for about 2-3 hours a week for a month • Team project with students and teachers of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences
