On February 15-16, 2025, four major national debate tournaments took place in Almaty. The student organization of Narxoz University, "TEO," showcased exceptional preparation and secured top positions in various categories across all competitions.
The Qamqor CUP II National Tournament, organized by Turan University, became a significant event for the debate community. Competing against the strongest teams, "TEO" participants delivered outstanding performances:
- American Parliamentary Format (APF), 3rd place – Team "Philip Kotler" (Zhansaya Aronrashid, Sholpan Maulenbai).
- Best Faction Performance – Faction "Hareket" (Aknur Bagniyazova, Ernur Omarov).
- Best Speaker of the Tournament – Rustem Guljamal.
Our students also achieved remarkable success at the ENERGO CUP VIII National Tournament, organized by Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev:
- APF, 1st place – Team "456" (Arailym Abdukarimova, Dinara Aukenova).
- Presidential Debate Format (PDF), Best Individual Debater – Arailym Abdukarimova.
An equally significant achievement for "TEO" was the GYMNASIUM CUP X, organized by Argument DC, where the team delivered excellent results:
- APF, 1st place – Team "Tarihi Sakhna" (Erasyl Jumadin, Ayanbi Sultangaziyeva).
- APF "Best Effort" Award – Team "Kün Jüzindey" (Aqzere Tүrkebai, Dilnaz Sultankbekova) was recognized for their exceptional attempt.
