On February 14, 2025, Narxoz University hosted a guest lecture by the Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2nd Class Justice State Advisor Zhakip Kazhmanovich Asanov.
In his speech, Zhakip Kazhmanovich briefly shared insights from his career in public service and presented several real-world case studies. He emphasized the importance of implementing advanced management tools and digital technologies to enhance transparency and efficiency in government institutions. Special attention was given to the role of human capital and the necessity of training highly competent professionals for the public sector, particularly in the era of global digital transformation.
