On October 1 Narxoz University hosted a meeting of the Kazakhstan-US University Consortium, with the support of the US diplomatic mission in Kazakhstan and Institute Of International Education.
More than 40 delegates from American and Kazakh universities discussed the possibilities and prospects for developing sustainable and long-term institutional international partnerships.
Among the participating universities from the US were Purdue University, University of California, Davis, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Connecticut, Penn State University, Michigan State University, Ohio University, Colorado School of Mines, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Metropolitan State University of Denver, University of Arizona, Boise State University, University of Minnesota Twin Cities, University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Among other areas, Narxoz will focus on development of academic mobility and joint research cooperation. In addition, in summer of 2025 Narxoz University will organize a Global Summer School, open to partners and consortium’s member universities.
