Qualification requirements:
- basic education in HR and business planning/management;
- availability of an academic degree/ PhD in HR and business planning/management/economics;
- teaching experience, incl. experience in teaching in English;
- skills in working on the LMS Canvas platform ;
- foreign education is welcome; training under the Bolashak program ;
- knowledge of Kazakh, Russian, English (IELTS at least 7.0) languages;
- professional certification (CIMA, PHRi , SPHRi , HRCI, CIPD, PMP, CIM, etc.) is welcome.
Functional and job responsibilities of the employee:
- actively participates in the implementation of the development strategy of the university, school, plans for the development of the educational program;
- fulfills the full teaching load corresponding to the position;
- carries out high-quality conduct of all types of training sessions in the disciplines taught;
- upon completing the course, conducts self-assessment and sets tasks for the further development of the course, increasing the quality and relevance of educational materials;
- demonstrates scientific activity by participating in scientific research and projects, regularly publishing in scientific journals, journals with impact factor, RSCI publications;
- promotes the development of a favorable educational environment to meet the needs of students;
- participates in programs for professional development and advanced training;
- attracts employers, representatives of professional associations, scientific organizations, and foreign partners to the educational process.
- uses interactive teaching technologies, highlighting new trends in industry development.

- availability of scientific articles in international citation databases;
- participation in grant funding competitions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international scientific projects.
