By the decision of the Board of Directors of NJSC “Narxoz University”, Miras Mukhtarovich Daulenov was approved as the President - Chairman of the Board of the University.
Miras Mukhtarovich Daulenov was born in Oskemen city in 1983.
He graduated with honors from the S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University. After that, he went on to further study at the doctoral program at the University of Wroclaw (Poland), where he obtained his Ph.D. degree in 2012.
Over the years, he worked at the University of Wroclaw (Poland) and the M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University, holding the positions of a Lecturer, Head of the Department, Pro-Rector for Science, Director of the S. Zimanov Academy of Legal and Economic Studies, Deputy Chairman of the Board, Provost.
Since 2019, M. Daulenov held the position of Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was in charge of the development of higher education and science.
He is a member of the Executive Council of the Asian Society of International Law, the Research and Advisory Councils under the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Council, and the Economic Court of the CIS.
M. Daulenov will enter upon the duties of the President of NJSC “Narxoz University” from June 1, 2021.
