On November 12, the Eurasian Center for Economic and Legal Studies held an international conference “Time of Borders: Youth Migration and Global Challenges", dedicated to the problems of modern youth migration.

A number of issues were discussed at the discussion, including: challenges of youth migration in the Eurasian space, legal regulation at the national level, the rights of refugees and asylum seekers in the context of a pandemic, gender-sensitive migration policy and aspects of educational migration.
