The
International Conference on Computational Sciences, AI and Digital Transformation (ICCSAI-DT 2026) invites researchers, academics, and practitioners to submit original research papers presenting theoretical advances, practical applications, and case studies related to the conference themes.
1. Conference Sections and Topics Submitted papers should be relevant to one of the conference sections, including (but not limited to):
- Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning
- Applied Mathematics and Computational Methods
- AI in Education and Digital Learning Technologies
- Digital Transformation and Industry Applications
2. Submission GuidelinesTo ensure high quality and a uniform appearance, authors must follow the guidelines below:
- Originality: Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. All submissions will undergo a mandatory plagiarism check.
- Language: Manuscripts may be submitted in Kazakh, Russian, or English.
- Page Length: Papers should be 10–12 pages in length.
- Formatting: Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the conference formatting requirements.
Paper Formatting Guidelines and Template:3. Peer Review & Publication Options (Two Tracks)All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous
double-blind peer review process conducted by members of the Program Committee. Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The publication process is organized in two tracks:
- Track 1 (Official Conference Proceedings): All accepted papers will be presented at the conference and published in the official conference proceedings of Narxoz University.
- Track 2 (Post-Conference Publication Opportunity): Selected high-quality papers will be invited to submit extended versions for further consideration with an international academic publishing partner. Any subsequent publication and possible indexing will be subject to the publisher’s editorial policies and review requirements.
