Outgoing Mobility

Narxoz University encourages all undergraduate and graduate students to study, intern, and research abroad. Students have several opportunities to participate in several short-term and year-long programs in 23 countries.

Education abroad is for everyone from any background and on any academic or career path. Stand out from the crowd once you graduate by adding an experience abroad to your resume and demonstrate you can thrive in a global environment.

Erasmus+

The number of partners and grants changes every semester.
Erasmus+ grant holders receive a monthly stipend of 850 euros and receive a one-time airfare payment of 820 euros.

Other expenses associated with mobility are covered by the grant holder at his own expense.

Motivation letter written in English
Transcript of records with GPA no lesser than 3.0
English certificate level B2 and above (either IELTS, TOEFL or from Narxoz University)
CV / Resume
Passport
Filled application forms
Preliminary study plan
Other certificates (activities, conferences, olympiads etc.)

Ministerial Grants

Available for students studying on a State grant at Narxoz University.

The grant covers certain expenses: accommodation, air ticket, visa, insurance.
Other expenses associated with mobility are covered by the grant holder at his own expense.

Internal Mobility in Kazakhstan

Mobility is available to students who wish to study one or more semesters at another university in Kazakhstan at their own expense.

Requirements:

Transcript of records with GPA no lesser than 2.3
English certificate level B2 and above, only for English programs (either IELTS, TOEFL or from Narxoz University)
CV / Resume
Passport / ID
Filled application forms
Preliminary study plan
Other certificates (activities, conferences, olympiads etc.)

Duration of mobility

One semester to one year (approx. 5 to 12 months)

Eligibility

Eligibility requirements vary by program, so meet with one of our Narxoz international coordinators to review the details of specific programs to ensure that you are eligible to participate. Basic requirements for all students include:

Full-time student

Minimum GPA of 3.0

Have completed at least one semester of undergraduate or graduate study at the time of application

No financial or academic debts with the university

English level B2 or above is required

Complete all application requirements by the given deadlines

Thanks to Academic mobility in Belgium under the Erasmus+ program, I gained invaluable international experience.
Firstly, I was struck by the high level of education at UCLL, practice-oriented training, and the competence of the teachers.
Secondly, Belgium's multicultural and multilingual environment has broadened my horizons and gave me the opportunity to understand other cultures. In addition, I visited other European countries, saw many interesting places, and it was a very exciting journey.
