Daulenov M. Miras was born in 1983 in Oskemen city.
Graduated with honors from East Kazakh State University named after S. Amanzholov (2004, 2006). Holder of Masters degree in Law.
As a recipient of the Bolashak program graduated from the University of Wroclaw (doctoral studies, 2012, Poland). Received PhD degree after defending the thesis "The Movement of Goods, People, Services and Capital in International Treaties of the European Union" (Przepływ towarów, osób, usług, i kapitału w umowach międzynarodowych Unii Europejskiej).
Worked as a lawyer in law firms (2004-2007), lecturer of International and European Law at the University of Wroclaw (2009-2012), Head of the department, vice-rector of science, director of the Academy of Legal and Economic Research named after S. Zimanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board, Provost of KAZGUU University named after M. Narikbaev (2012-2019).
Has an experience in project development of "Institutional Strengthening of the Justice Sector" initiated by the World Bank.
Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2019-2021). Supervised the development of higher education, science and the Bolashak program.
Member of the Asian Community Executive Council of International Law, Scientific Advisory Council at the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Council and the Economic Court of the CIS.
Author of many publications in the field of International Law and AIFC law.

Kanat Kozhakhmet holds a Bachelor's degree from the Suleiman Demirel University, Master's degree from the Kazakh-British University. In 2014, received a PhD in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Management.
He held the positions of rector at OpenU (Open University), Astana IT University, Suleiman Demirel University. He has more than 10 years of experience in teaching WEB technologies, information security, development of artificial intelligence systems, etc. He was an Associate Professor of the Department of Computer and Software Engineering at Satbayev University.
Kanat Kozhakhmet is an active expert of the National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise.
At Narxoz University Kanat Kozhakhmet holds the position of Provost and oversees academic and scientific directions.

In 1981, Mr. Umirzako graduated from the Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy, Faculty of Planning and Economics majoring in "Labor Economics". Since 1981, he has worked as Junior Researcher in the Research Sector of the Institute. Since 1982, he has worked as a teacher, Senior Lecturer at the Department of "Labor Economics". In 1990, he defended his PhD thesis on: "The Mechanism of Auxiliary Production at Non-Ferrous Metallurgy Enterprises in Kazakhstan". Since 1994, he has worked as an Associate Professor of the Department of Management. In 2000, he completed his doctorate at Kazakh University of Economics named after T. Ryskulov, defending his doctoral thesis on: "Strategy for the Development of State Entrepreneurship in the Mining and Metallurgical Complex of Kazakhstan''. In 2007 Professor Umirzakov became the owner of the State Grant of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the "Best University Teacher". For special services in the field of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the badge "Honorary Worker in Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

Ms. Kapustyanskaya has a successful experience in managing Corporate Finance in the Energy Sector. Over the years, she worked as a CFO in a Real Estate company, as a Managing Director to attract foreign investment to the Republic of Kazakhstan in the National Export and Investment Agency "KAZNEX INVEST" JSC.

She graduated from the Institute in Tashkent with a degree in Engineering and Economics and holds International Executive MBA Degree in Economics from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Paris

Margarita deals with the financial issues of the University.

In 2010, Ms. Bissengali graduated undergraduate school with honors, in 2012 graduated from the Master's program at the Law Faculty of the Kazakh State University named after Al-Farabi.

In 2018, she defended her thesis on "Criminal Law and Criminological Measures to Counter Economic Crime" becoming a PhD.

Over the years, she has held the positions of a Leading Lawyer, Head of the Legal Department, Compliance Manager in large companies in the Telecommunications and Construction sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan, supported projects in the mining industry, as well as in medical, security, and financial activities. She was a Senior Consultant in the Tax and Legal Consulting Department of KPMG, and has extensive experience in conducting legal due diligence and supporting M&A transactions.

Liliya was a member of Intergovernmental Commissions and participated in the development of regulatory legal acts in the field of telecommunications regulation in the EAEU.

Liliya also has extensive experience in teaching and research.
