In 1981, Mr. Umirzako graduated from the Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy, Faculty of Planning and Economics majoring in "Labor Economics". Since 1981, he has worked as Junior Researcher in the Research Sector of the Institute. Since 1982, he has worked as a teacher, Senior Lecturer at the Department of "Labor Economics". In 1990, he defended his PhD thesis on: "The Mechanism of Auxiliary Production at Non-Ferrous Metallurgy Enterprises in Kazakhstan". Since 1994, he has worked as an Associate Professor of the Department of Management. In 2000, he completed his doctorate at Kazakh University of Economics named after T. Ryskulov, defending his doctoral thesis on: "Strategy for the Development of State Entrepreneurship in the Mining and Metallurgical Complex of Kazakhstan''. In 2007 Professor Umirzakov became the owner of the State Grant of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the "Best University Teacher". For special services in the field of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the badge "Honorary Worker in Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

Ms. Kapustyanskaya has a successful experience in managing Corporate Finance in the Energy Sector. Over the years, she worked as a CFO in a Real Estate company, as a Managing Director to attract foreign investment to the Republic of Kazakhstan in the National Export and Investment Agency "KAZNEX INVEST" JSC.

She graduated from the Institute in Tashkent with a degree in Engineering and Economics and holds International Executive MBA Degree in Economics from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Paris

In 2010, Ms. Bissengali graduated undergraduate school with honors, in 2012 graduated from the Master's program at the Law Faculty of the Kazakh State University named after Al-Farabi.

In 2018, she defended her thesis on "Criminal Law and Criminological Measures to Counter Economic Crime" becoming a PhD.

Over the years, she has held the positions of a Leading Lawyer, Head of the Legal Department, Compliance Manager in large companies in the Telecommunications and Construction sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan, supported projects in the mining industry, as well as in medical, security, and financial activities. She was a Senior Consultant in the Tax and Legal Consulting Department of KPMG, and has extensive experience in conducting legal due diligence and supporting M&A transactions.

Liliya was a member of Intergovernmental Commissions and participated in the development of regulatory legal acts in the field of telecommunications regulation in the EAEU.

Liliya also has extensive experience in teaching and research.
