All students in need of housing will be accommodated in one of three hostels. The dormitory buildings are located next to the educational buildings. The total area of hostels is 18819.9 sq.
• Capacity up to 821 students.
• Living area for one person - 6.6 sq.m.
• Each room in the hostel is designed for 2-3 people and is equipped with beds, bedside tables, ottomans, wardrobes and a refrigerator.
• Each building of the hostel has a kitchen, lounges, sports rooms, showers and laundries, equipped with modern appliances - washing machines and dryers, ironing boards and irons.
• All hostels have Wi-Fi Internet. The lounges are equipped with plasma TVs with satellite and local television. To ensure the safety of all residents, the hostel is guarded around the clock

The procedure for settling into a hostel for citizens of Kazakhstan living outside Almaty
• Apply for admission (detailed information about admission)
• Choose the type of accommodation (2,3,4-bed accommodation) and inform the manager of the Admissions Committee.
• Receive a check-in order (by email and a printed order, upon arrival at the university)
• Based on the check-in order, the university carries out the registration procedure at the student's place of residence.

• Pay a deposit for 10 months of residence (in case of cancellation of accommodation, the amount of unused months of residence is returned to the student)
• Receive a check-in order (by email and a printed order, upon arrival at the university)
• On the day of check-in at the hostel, visit the first-aid post to donate blood for HIV / AIDS and receive medical treatment. certificates for check-in to the hostel
• Based on the check-in order, the university carries out the registration procedure at the student's place of residence.
Note:
• foreign students are required to provide certificate 086-U and a fluorography scan taken in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• foreign citizens who arrived from countries with a visa-free regime on their own, planning to stay in the country to receive education, must be registered in a hostel if they plan to live in a university dormitory (For example, if you arrived before the start of your studies and decided to stay with relatives, but will live in the hostel, it is important to make sure in advance that you are registered in the university hostel, and not with your relatives)

Check-in at the hostel is made until August 26, 2020, before the start of the orientation week. If, for a good reason, you cannot check in on time, you must notify the admissions manager in advance

Dear abiturients,
in current situation connected with quarantine we have changes in dometry living rooms. In two-place rooms live 1 person, in three-place rooms live 2 person.
