ABOUT THE PROGRAM

  • A unique dual program based on the Hospitality Business Minor, which is implemented on the basis of partnership programs -
    the 5* Rixos Borovoe hotel and the 5* Ritz Carlton Astana hotel

    For active, sociable people who are able to make decisions quickly and who want to open their own hotel or restaurant. The program

    focuses on the business aspects of the hospitality industry and covers topics ranging from finance and marketing to culinary theory

    and hospitality. In addition to the main activities students will receive guest lectures from well-known practitioners and managers,

    internships in 5 * hotels, restaurants and cafes. We place particular emphasis on a deep understanding of the structure and functioning of the industry, as well as service standards focused on an international level of quality

INTERNSHIP AND DIPLOMA PROJECT
Students at their third and forth year can use the acquired knowledge and skills in practice by doing internships in various companies and in the final Diploma project, following one of the 3 directions:
  1. Consulting project for local startup or tech enterprise
  2. Research thesis supervised by experienced professors of Narxoz University
  3. Case study or creative startup project
