focuses on the business aspects of the hospitality industry and covers topics ranging from finance and marketing to culinary theory
and hospitality. In addition to the main activities students will receive guest lectures from well-known practitioners and managers,
internships in 5 * hotels, restaurants and cafes. We place particular emphasis on a deep understanding of the structure and functioning of the industry, as well as service standards focused on an international level of quality
