Psychological counseling (MSC)
The purpose of the program:
Training of competitive specialists who possess a sufficient amount of scientific- theoretical and psychological-pedagogical knowledge, have professional competencies, expert and research skills in the field of individual and group psychological counseling, psychology of organization and professional activity.

Key learning outcomes
Сonceptual provisions of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical science in the context of the modern paradigm of psychological counseling. It performs psychological diagnostics of personality, representatives of various social groups, subjects of the organization and business in order to provide psychological assistance. It independently develops a program and methodological support for research (theoretical, empirical), planning and organizing scientific research based on the analysis of the achievements of modern psychological science and practice. It integrates interdisciplinary scientific knowledge, theory and practice of psychological counseling to solve professional problems. It conducts psychological training in the field of professional activity on human resource management. It conducts an examination and evaluation of the results of psychological assistance, using psychotherapeutic technologies to correct mental phenomena of various social groups.
