The purpose of the Center's activity is realization of the accumulated potential of the teaching staff of the School of Law and Public Policy by means of conclusion of economic contracts with legal entities and individuals for rendering services in the sphere of education, stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The subject of the Center's activity is to provide educational services and consulting services in the field of education in the following main directions:
1) arranging and conducting professional development courses with certificate issuance.
2) arranging and conducting training seminars, trainings, webinars, etc. with certificate issuance.
3) arranging and conducting personnel requalification courses with certificate issuance.
4) creating and implementing training and educational-methodical literature and documentation.
5) creating and implementing, assisting the creation of mass open online courses (MOOCs).
6) organizing and coordinating services on educational and methodical support of educational activity to training centers, educational organizations, and other entities.
7) other directions that do not conflict with the Center's goals.
