Welcome to the page of the Law Clinic of the School of Law and Public Administration of Narхoz University. Our clinic is a social project, which is a form of teaching students practical professional skills in the field of jurisprudence, coupled with the provision of legal advice to persons who require qualified legal assistance. Students of the "Jurisprudence" direction of 3-4 courses are ready to help you free of charge in solving complex legal issues.

Dissertation topic: "The Legal status of a creation of Cooperative under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (PhD), "Limited liability partnership in the system of business partnerships under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (doctoral degree of the Academy of Jurisprudence "Adilet" of the Caspian Public University).
Work experience: more than 35 years

By participating in the work of the legal clinic, students gain experience in advising, and teachers/lecturers who supervise them receive an additional opportunity to improve their professional level, applying theoretical knowledge in practice, as well as receiving up-to-date information on legal issues from the primary sources (from those who applied for consultation) arising in the everyday life of citizens about the possible imperfections of the current legislation and the difficulties encountered in law enforcement .
