About the program

  • Unique program that provides training for graduates with in-depth knowledge of current practical legal problems of business, commercial and corporate law, which are necessary for lawyers in their professional activities.
    The program is adapted to take into account the requirements of employers - corporate organizations, and is focused on training lawyers for implementation of legal support of entrepreneurial activity by corporate organizations, including through the provision of legal advice, legal expertise of corporate documents, participation in pre-trial settlement of disputes and organization of judicial protection, scientific research and teaching in business and corporate law.
    Language of instruction: Russian, Kazakh
After completing the program graduates are able to :
  • Analyze regulatory legal acts in order to form local corporate documents and provide judicial protection of the rights of corporate legal entities.
  • To generalize and use judicial practice in order to ensure the protection of the rights of corporate legal entities and their participants.
  • Skillfully carry out the choice of a strategy for legal support of projects of legal entities related to the creation, use and promotion of financial technologies.
  • Skillfully apply regulations in the implementation of modern IT-methods of corporate finance management.
  • Assess legal risks in the implementation of financial technologies in the field of optimization of the capital structure of an economic entity, the formation of its investment and dividend policy.
  • Skillfully apply the provisions of the law when creating and promoting new financial technologies by legal entities.

Program features

    • The master's program takes into account the specifics of the practical activities of a corporate lawyer, including legal support for all kinds of company activities, as well as the conclusion of contracts.

    • Students will have the opportunity to undergo internships in large commercial companies and government bodies.

    • The program pays attention to issues related to corporate securities, the development of statutory and local documents of the organization, convening and holding general meetings of participants in corporations, etc.

    • Highly qualified practicing lawyers are involved in practical training: attorneys, legal advisers, heads of commercial structures, employees of legal departments of public authorities
