- defines the goals and strategy of the CFPE development;
- defines the training needs (open programs, corporate programs, customized programs);
- forms a portfolio of courses, trainings, programs, and educational projects;
- approves curricula and supplementary educational programs;
- provides CFPE educational programs with qualified personnel, including practicing teachers, trainers, certified specialists and experts;
- approves budgets for educational programs and coordinates them with the budget department;
- manages the unit budget and is responsible for the execution of the financial annual plan (taking into account cost-effectiveness);
- ensures the monetization of new training programs and the launch of pilot programs;
- ensures the introduction and involvement of innovative educational technologies in order to maintain and expand the scope of educational activities of the tsdpo;
- develops and submits to the management the structure and staff schedule of the CFPE, agrees on the process of opening and closing vacancies, submits candidates for competition, agrees on the hiring, ransfer and dismissal of employees.
- approves promotion plans for educational programs and approves budgets for promotion;
- ensures high quality delivery of educational services and direct and indirect customer and corporate customer relations processes;
- Provides recognition, visibility, and PR for CFPE activities
- methodological competencies in the field of education (specifics of adult learning);
- pedagogical design (competencies in designing programs and courses, developing learning materials, assignments, etc.)
- assessment competencies in education;
- tools of students' involvement (specifics of adult education);
- competencies in the field of development of educational environment of the program/course;
- competencies in the field of educational forms and formats (especially actual for the adult education)
- modern technologies and tools for selling educational products.

The competition is held in accordance with the Rules for the competitive filling of positions of NJSC "Narxoz University"
Persons participating in the competition submit an application (in any form) addressed to the President of the University. The following documents are attached to the application: Resume (CV) in any form; motivation letter no more than two pages in Times New Roman font size 12 or 14 with one line spacing; written consent to verify the information provided.
